Looks great to me.

Could year produced and video language site beside each other to reduce the length of the form?

FYI Marni disagreed with the 160 character limit in the short description, be interesting to get other opinions. I think some limit would be good though to get some snapiness in the descriptions.

Also wondering if the image should be just before the CC license, seems to be to go more with year/language, seems a bit lonely under the license.

We agree with And's first comment. There should be some limitation on the short description.

The image field though, seems better at the end since it is optional.

The Creative Commons logo should probably be smaller. At this size, it seems that everything under it (like the image upload text and button) is part of the CC section.

Also, the "Recomended video settings" and FTP textboxes could become one textbox with two headers, probably a bit diffrerent than the rest of the textboxes (slightly different background color?) and remain visible in all upload steps, since the upload widget is also visible in all steps.
